Listen Awhile · 귀기울임
Listen Awhile does not collect personal information.
Listen Awhile has no accounts and collects no personal information — no name, email, phone number, or location.
The records you write (the prompt, your answer, and the time you wrote it) and your reminder settings are stored only on your device. They are never sent to any server, and no one — including the developer — can read them.
We do not store audio recordings, photos, or location data. The app does not access your microphone.
Notifications — used to deliver your daily listening prompt at the time you choose. Reminders are scheduled on your device and never pass through a server.
Photos — used only when you save a record as an image. It is write-only access, so the app cannot read your existing photos.
You can decline both and still use everything else in the app.
We send anonymous usage statistics to understand how the app is used. What is sent is the fact that something happened — that a record was saved, or that a streak reached seven days — along with the ID of that day’s prompt, the app version, and the device OS version.
What you write is never sent, under any circumstance. We also send no device identifier and no advertising identifier, so there is no way to tell whose activity any of it belongs to.
You can turn this off at any time on the About screen.
We collect no personal information, so there is none to share with anyone. The anonymous statistics above are processed by Aptabase on servers in Europe (Germany), and nothing that could identify a person is passed along. We use no advertising and no advertising identifiers.
Every record lives only on your device. Deleting the app deletes them with it, and there is no need to ask the developer to delete anything.
You can export your records to a file from Back up records in the menu. That file stays wherever you saved it, so it is yours to manage from then on. Backup files are never sent to the developer either.
Listen Awhile collects no personal information from any user, regardless of age.
If this policy changes, we will say so on this screen along with an app update. Effective date: September 1, 2026
